Does 508 provide services outside Atlanta and Decatur area? If yes, do you charge extra?
Yes, we do. For locations that are over 25 miles away from Atlanta area, travel fees are the IRS standard for mileage which is .55 cents per mile. For multiple-day productions, accommodation might be included but everything is negotiable because the most important thing to us is delivering the best quality product to you with lowest cost.
Do I need to get insurance to rent 508’s equipment?
You don’t need to. If you click to rent any of your equipment, you will be directed to Share Grid website where all our equipment are listed. You will finish the rental check out via Share Grid system and the renter insurance is included in the price.
What questions should I think through before hop on a meeting with 508?
We love to know your estimated budget, samples of what inspire you, locations you have in mind ,etc.
